No deceptive or mean-spirited business, ever. I hold myself and my clients to high ethical standards of integrity and social responsibility with accountability strategies in place.

Intentionality.

Everything has a purpose and that purpose must be transparent. I help my clients envision their goals before diving into next steps.

Preservation of Dignity. 

No one should ever be made to feel less than, embarrassed, or humiliated in the workplace. I operate out of care and respect for others and require the same from others in return.

Fun.

Life is too short to not prioritize fun, joy, and love! You can expect that I will bring warm energy and fun during our time together.
